• Waseca High School students who need a copy of their current transcript need to request their transcript through Parchment.  Click here for the tutorial video and click here for the tutorial slides.

• Final transcripts for current year seniors will be sent to their college of choice by July 15th or as soon as possible. Please make sure that you have notified the counseling office of where you want the transcript sent. There is no transcript processing fee for high school students and the current year’s graduating class.

• Past graduates of WHS who may need transcripts must request copies from the counseling office by phone 507-835-5470 ext 3519 or ext 3523 or by email andj@waseca.k12.mn.us. 

High school transcripts will not show a record of GED completion.
