BSC All Conference Gymnastics

The Waseca High School gymnastics team is celebrating a significant achievement as two of its standout athletes have been named to the 2024-2025 Big South Conference All-Conference Team. Sophomore Katelyn Weber and senior Bella Wikan showcased outstanding performances throughout the season, earning them well-deserved recognition among the conference’s best gymnasts.

Katelyn Weber – Sophomore
Katelyn Weber demonstrated remarkable skill and consistency throughout the season, achieving impressive high scores in multiple events:

  • Vault: 8.850 – Waseca vs. Blue Earth Area (12/13/2024)

  • Bars: 7.900 – St. Peter vs. Waseca (2/6/2025)

  • Beam: 8.425 – Section 2A Championship (2/13/2025)

  • Floor: 8.625 – St. Peter vs. Waseca (2/6/2025)

  • All-Around: 33.450 – Section 2A Championship (2/13/2025)

Weber’s dedication and hard work have paid off, earning her a spot on the All-Conference team.

Bella Wikan – Senior
Senior Bella Wikan capped off her high school gymnastics career with an incredible season, posting stellar high scores in all events:

  • Vault: 9.350 – St. Peter vs. Waseca (2/6/2025)

  • Bars: 9.475 – Waseca vs. New Ulm (12/17/2024)

  • Beam: 9.150 – MCA Invitational (1/4/2025)

  • Floor: 9.500 – KMT Invite (1/25/2025)

  • All-Around: 37.250 – KMT Invite (1/25/2025)

Senior gymnast Bella Wikan concluded her remarkable high school career by competing in the 2025 MSHSL State Class A Individual All-Around Gymnastics Meet on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul. Wikan’s exceptional performances throughout the season solidified her status as one of the top gymnasts in the conference and the state, making her a key leader for the Bluejays.
